It shows the availability of free appointment spots only for those who are eligible and referred by health professionals. 

 

For Example: If a client is discharged home and waiting for their community care package to be organised, is in urgent need of Physiotherapy but cannot afford to pay and is referred by a health professional, such as a social worker in a hospital, then the client is eligible. However, each case is determined on an individual basis, so please contact us to enquire if you are unsure whether a client is eligible or not.
